Delivery and returns

Delivery

• Free UK delivery on orders over £30. Below that, delivery is calculated at checkout.
• Orders are dispatched from our studio in Bow, East London.
• Loc extensions are handmade to order: allow 7 – 10 working days to make, then 3 – 5 working days for shipping.

Returns

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to return an item.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging and in the condition they arrived.
• To start a return, email customerservice@thelocpod.com with your order number and reason.
• Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Loc extensions

All loc extensions are made to order for each client, so we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on extension orders once payment has been made. Please check your specifications before ordering; we’re happy to help beforehand.

Refunds

• We check returned items meet our conditions, then process refunds within 5 – 10 working days to the original payment method.
• If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover return postage and refund in full.
• Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot.
• Not received a refund? Check with your bank or card provider first, then contact us.

Exchanges

• Email us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
• Exchanges depend on stock; if your item isn’t available we’ll refund instead.
• Return postage for exchanges is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Gifts

• Gift recipients can email us with the order number to return or exchange.
• Gift returns follow the same conditions; refunds go to the original purchaser.
