Before your appointment
- Arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair that is free of product, unless you have booked a wash.
- Tell us about any scalp or skin conditions before your appointment.
- Some services need a patch test at least 48 hours before. We will tell you if yours does.
- Let us know about any time restrictions or specific requests when you book.
Aftercare
- Keep up regular maintenance appointments.
- Repairs caused by poor maintenance or product misuse are not covered by free repairs.

Loc extensions: FAQs
Yes. Repairs and reattachments for 1 – 5 locs are free for up to 6 months after your install. More than 5 locs is treated as general upkeep.
