Ready for a reset? Our removal method uses conditioner and water, with no harsh chemicals. Each loc is combed out from tip to root to keep breakage low and preserve your natural hair. Removal needs both a virtual and a face-to-face consultation so we can gauge the time involved.

Before your appointment
- Arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair that is free of product, unless you have booked a wash.
- Tell us about any scalp or skin conditions before your appointment.
- Some services need a patch test at least 48 hours before. We will tell you if yours does.
- Let us know about any time restrictions or specific requests when you book.
Aftercare
